Please report your individual miles using the format of XXX miles followed by your name in the email subject line.

Example: 100 miles John Doe

You can put other words/info in the subject line but please include the word miles, if your email address connotations your name, you do not have to add your name. This is because I cannot recognize who is who by their email addresses. If you only include the miles and name, I will only read the subject line and not open the actual email.

For those of you reporting team mileage, add the team name and include the individual miles in the body of the email. and I will open the email to read the individual miles.

You can turn in your weekly mileage ending on Saturday or Sunday or what every day you like.

Try and get your weekly numbers in by Monday noon. if I miss it, I will catch up the following week. if I get it wrong send an email and I will fix it the following week.

Rules:

#1   ROAD MILES and OFF ROAD MILES

        OFF ROAD MILES COUNT 1.5 TIMES ACTUAL MILEAGE.

#2   WEEKS ARE SET UP SUNDAY THRU SATURDAY.  PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR MILES BEFORE THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AFTERNOON FOR A TUESDAY POSTING.

#3   TEAMS - - TEAMS WITH A MAXIMUM OF 5 RIDERS ALLOWED.  TEAM MEMBER MILES WILL ALSO BE TRACKED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.   ONE TEAM MEMBER TO SUBMIT COLLECTIVE TEAM MILEAGE AND INDIVIDUAL MILEAGE.

#4   THIS IS TOTALLY ON THE HONOR SYSTEM AND FOR FUN!
