The 20th Annual Bluebonnet Express Metric Century will start from the VF Factory Outlet in Hempstead Texas, 45 miles NW of Houston. This fully supported ride is one of the Houston area's oldest rides and is presented by Northwest Cycling Club. Four different distances/routes will be offered, traversing both South and North of Hempstead staying mostly on country roads. Cyclists will encounter both flat sections and gentle rollers. This BP MS 150 recommended ride is only a few weeks before the MS 150 which makes this an excellent training opportunity.

Packet Pickup for preregistered riders and walk-in registrations is:

Packet Pickup also available at Factory Outlet at 6:30 am on morning of ride and for Day of Ride registrations.

Ride Start Directions:

Location : VF Factory Outlet, 805 Factory Outlet Dr, Hempstead, Texas

Directions: From Houston take Hwy 290W towards Austin. Exit at Hwy 359 Brookshire exit (34 miles from Beltway 8) and turn left, Go 1 mile to Bus Hwy 290 and turn right. Outlet mall is one mile west on Business Hwy 290.

HELMETS REQUIRED.
NO EARPHONES/IPODS WHILE RIDING
